These are folks who are helping others grow and thrive while also doing their own personal development. They are professionals, team leaders, business owners, coaches, consultants, teachers, mentors, and health care providers.
Regardless of their profession, they each have something in common - they care deeply about helping others and want to minimize any potential for harm.
As helping professionals, we carry a deep responsibility — not just to support and inspire others, but to make sure we don’t cause harm along the way.
Let me be clear - this work will not replace your anti-racist, anti-oppressive, decolonial, or deconstructive work. There are more appropriate and qualified teachers for that work.
However, this program will help you enter into relationships with marginalized and vulnerable teachers with care, respect, and the power to repair.
Your knowledge and skills have the power to change lives, but with that power comes the need to use it ethically, carefully and responsibly.
You are a helping professional if you are a trained business, life, or wellness coach, a licensed therapist, or even an executive business leader.
Helping professionals are those folks who care deeply for helping by guiding, mentoring, and supporting others using their own area of expertise.
If harm can occur in a highly regulated industry like therapy, the risk is even higher in fields like coaching and leadership, as there are no universal standards or accountability measures.
Giving advice that works for you but not for others.
Failing to set or hold clear boundaries.
Letting personal biases or cultural blind spots influence decisions.
Missing signs of physical stress or emotional distress.
Whether you’re a coach, therapist, or business leader, chances are you’ve unknowingly caused harm in your work. And unless you are actively working to prevent this, it’s likely you will continue to do so.
But you don’t have to be part of the problem. There’s a way to improve your ability to help others while reducing your potential to cause harm.
Coaching and leadership don’t have the same oversight as therapy. Anyone can call themselves a coach or leader, regardless of their qualifications or training.
This lack of standardization can lead to unethical practices, leaving clients or team members vulnerable. For clients, it’s often hard to recognize harm until it’s too late.
A 12-week high-touch, high-impact group coaching program for helping professionals who are committed to leading with care, ethics, and integrity.
This program is for anyone who wants to take responsibility for how they influence - whether you’re a coach, therapist, or leader. Helping professionals who want to influence with integrity are committed to:

Introducing: Influence with Integrity
Influence with Integrity isn’t just about learning theory. It’s practical, personalized, and designed to help you grow into the best version of yourself as a helping professional.
Among the many commitments I’ve made to my own personal learning, I’ve spent the last year working with an indigenous coach to decolonize my training in behavior and psychology and to know just how harmful my profession can be.
I'm bringing these learnings to this program, along with tools and techniques based in somatic experiencing, and over 20 years of work in behavior change, personality psychology and trauma.
A Safe, Supportive Space: The cohort model allows for deep personal and professional growth within a connected community, giving you the support and feedback you need to succeed.
Tangible Skills: You’ll gain practical tools to improve how you communicate and work.
Embodiment and Integration: You’ll learn how your body, emotions, and energy play a role in how you influence others, sometimes more powerfully than your words. Embodiment ensures that integrity is lived and experienced on a deeper, physical level.
Accountability: You’ll have access to a community of like-minded professionals who provide feedback and help maintain community commitments.
Leading with Love: You’ll learn how to integrate self-esteem and self-worth into your ability to influence others.
Ethical Standards: We'll work with the principles of ethics, anti-oppression and somatics, ensuring you have the tools to navigate relationships with care and respect.
Powered by Your Personality: We’ll work to understand and leverage your strengths, weaknesses, desires, and limitations.
